The Role The Commercial Operations Executive supports the Commercial Operations Manager with daily operational execution, ensuring efficient supply to our commercial partners across Krispy Kreme ANZ, and supporting our merchandisers with in-store execution at our grocery partners from the delivery phase through to merchandising.

Proactively monitoring logistics operations and merchandising standards on a daily basis.Performing weekly merchandising audits using online data to monitor display unit cleanliness, price ticket, promotion compliance, and display unit locations.Executing change where the above measures are not met, including re-educating driver-merchandisers on best practices.Ensuring display units are positioned in optimal locations in-store by providing driver-merchandisers with repositioning directions.Training driver-merchandisers on Krispy Kreme food safety standards and SOPs.Maintaining an asset register of all display units and cabinets.Executing maintenance of display units and cabinets as requested by driver-merchandisers.Supporting the Commercial Operations Manager with KPI data and insights on merchandising performance.What you can bring to the team We firmly believe in hiring for cultural contribution and training for skills; however, there are some things we need from you:
