Your Purpose

About You
* You hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
* If you're a Psychologist, you must be a general Psychologist.
* You are registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
* You have at least two years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
* You have experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience is ideal but we'll consider accomplished senior consultants).
* You're passionate about stakeholder management and take pride in effective communication skills.
The Role
* Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors and Social Workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Foster a positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
* Provide expert guidance and support via structured quality assurance and strategic review.
* Deliver high service standards to clients and customers with strong clinical and technical knowledge.
* You build and nurture relationships easily, from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients.
