This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Administration or looking to get into the corporate world!As an Administration Assistant you will provide a range of administrative support to a number of fee earners in order to ensure that lawyers are fully supported in the delivery of legal services to our clients.Key responsibilities Provision of legal secretarial support to fee earners as requiredGeneral administration including inbox management, drafting correspondence and court documentsMonthly billing, including ensuring that client SLA's and specific billing requirements are followedAttending to client and matter queriesGenerating briefs to counsel and liaising with junior and senior counsel on matter coordinationCapturing and recording fee earner time including business development activities and liaising with clientsDiary management, including organising internal and external client meetings and arranging travelAll other ad hoc duties as required.Client and matter Attending to client and matter queriesAssist with the preparation of routine correspondenceOrganising appointmentsDownloading subpoena packets and saving as per naming guidelinesAssisting with the preparation of court documents which includes labelling, indexing, preparing files, briefs to counsel, court bundlesLiaising with third parties.Finance Process third party invoices and disbursementsCompile and prepare fee earner expensesAssist the fee earners with timesheets in the firm's time management system, Intapp TimeProvide assistance with the preparation of client reports.Essential skills and experience Diploma or certification (preferred but not essential)0-2 years legal admin or professional services experienceProficiency across all Microsoft Office applicationsSuperior time management to complete tasks efficientlySuperior attention to detailHigh level of professionalism and service excellence with clear and concise communicationFlexibility to work autonomously and as part of a team environmentExperience with Elite 3E and iManage will be highly regardedA positive attitude to work, and an adaptable and collaborative approachProvide assistance with all other reasonable work-related fee earner requests.About Clyde & Co in the Asia Pacific Region Clyde & Co is a leading global law firm, specialising in the sectors that underpin global trade and commercial activity, namely: insurance, transport, infrastructure, energy, and trade and commodities.
