Kick start your career - excellent opportunity Permanent Moorabbin location Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Support the Advisory team Immediate start The company: A leading provider of technical services for all building systems; supplying dependable expert advice and ongoing support across all systems throughout their lifecycle. The role: Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services to support the operation of the Advisory business. The role is also responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Advisory Staff and the Administration Hub, as required, to aid the delivery of projects to clients. Duties included but are not limited to: Efficient and accurate entering of customer and financial system data Preparation of documents, presentations, submissions and management reports Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Advisory and Engineering teams Assist with Induction and Advisory processes for new employees Assisting the Project Managers with input of data into the CRM system and to prepare financial forms and reports Managing communications with internal and external personnel; ensuring their needs are met Attend meetings as required, including minute-taking and distribution Assist with all other administration functions as required The person : Previous experience in administration and/or personal assistant experience within a professional services firm Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc); knowledge of Great Plains, Dynamics CRM And SharePoint applications, desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation/admin skills General understanding of the Building Services Industry will be highly regarded We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
