Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition) to join our Talent Management team, where you will provide administrative support to the end-to-end talent acquisition process.Working under the guidance of the Manager, PLC Hub, and Talent, the HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition) will support recruitment activities, maintain compliance with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and Awards, and support the HR Business Partners, managers and candidates with a seamless recruitment process.
