The occupant is expected to provide significant professional input and high-level judgment to solve complex systems and human issues.You will need:Demonstrated capacity to effectively undertake a coordination/leadership role within a multidisciplinary community setting, including providing supervision and support to other staff as required.Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, and a capacity to contribute towards the introduction of the model of care within a community setting.Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to manage and coordinate the clinical activities of a multidisciplinary community mental health team.Note: Refer to the Statement of Duties for all selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2026. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum.
