Our team is dedicated to supporting the Department's budgeting, forecasting and reporting systems, utilising Planning Analytics (TM1) and Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) software.

Has strong Excel skills and experience working within a financial management environment.What you will do In this position you will: Assist with the development, testing, implementation, and support of Planning Analytics (TM1) based solutions, including Certent Disclosure Management (CDM), in line with the team's work plan and system roadmap.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop them into quality system solutions.Provide user support and develop and deliver end-user training.Maintain existing TM1 modules and manage interfaces with other corporate systems, including daily data transfers and running the financial month-end process.Participate in business planning activities, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes and implement system improvements.Draft and maintain operational and technical documentation, such as systems, process, and end-user documentation.Foster a positive workplace culture.Eligibility To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
Notes Experience as a Planning Analytics (TM1) administrator is highly desirable.
