The RoleThere is now the vacancy for a Commercial Manager SA, to cover the key southern region of SA. Reporting to the SA State Manager (supporting you as needed), you will be driving the commercial activities within the territory to achieve targets of sales turnover, market share, profitability, product mix, and professionalism. Using your background in agronomy and crop protection, you will build good customer relationships with rural resellers and distributors through proactive sales and marketing activities. There is an existing strong customer base in this large and productive territory who are engaged and supportive of the product range. Skills And AttributesTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates will be required to demonstrate the following: Ideally 5 years' experience in sales or marketing, within the agricultural sector Background in agronomy / farming and knowledge of crop protection products Relationship building and account management skills Good organisational and time management skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills in a commercial environment Appropriate university degree is preferred Agsafe accreditation The role offers flexibility and autonomy in how you work, so you will possess the motivation and enthusiasm to succeed.
