You will have the opportunity to work and own your success.THE ROLEAs a Cost Controller Extra To Schedule (ETS Manager), you will oversee the coding and processing of ETS requests for Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes. Additionally, you will serve as the primary escalation point for resolving any on-site issues that arise.Located in Norwest Sydney, your role will be critical to ensuring the profitability of the business whilst maintaining clear communication and efficient processes throughout the construction journey.Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:Assist the ETS Officer code/process/clarify raised ETS's for both Clarendon Homes and Domaine HomesAct as a point of escalation for the ETS Officer for ETS disputes and challenges from both supply chain and internal stakeholdersReview all Approved ETS's each day to ensure that we are not paying for things that we should not, supply chain and Site Managers are suitably accountable for their performance, ETS's are coded correctly and trends are identified so we can address root cause.Produce monthly ETS reports and coordinate monthly ETS meetingsProvide advice on where and how we can reduce ETS and coordinate execution of associated actionsComplete audits on material deliveries to ensure suitable Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) is maintained by suppliersAssist with providing training for Site Managers and Construction Area Managers on initiatives to reduce/manage ETS costs.Assist Group Procurement Manager and Construction Manager in producing/updating Scope of Works documentationResponsible for ETS performance against agreed targets.To be successful for this role you'll need:Site Manager (or Trade) and Estimating experience, ideally 2 years or each.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and experience with Estimating Software (e.g., IPS, Timberline).Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.A sound knowledge of the construction process and production estimatingPerks of working with CPGCareer advancement opportunities to help you to reach your professional goals.Learning and development opportunities – online learning platform and site training.Paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.Rewards Days for the outstanding performers – An opportunity to experience something new as part of our Reward and Recognition scheme.Discount on building a home.Access to novate leases.Generous employment referral bonuses scheme.Discount from our suppliers – household appliances, materials, and stunning furniture at cheaper prices.Access to our Employee assistance program.
