Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations in a Full-Time capacity at our Pacific Fair Concept store.
This role will require availability from Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week with flexibility to change.
You will conquer the role by taking on the leadership responsibilities of an experienced team of Beauty Experts & Beauty Therapists. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be an inspiring leader focused on developing and coaching your team to succeed. You will have the ability to build a loyal customer base through the creation of in-store strategies and initiatives while maintaining a memorable experience for all customers.
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Store Manager and successfully leading a high performing team;
* A strategic thinker with strong financial & business acumen with demonstrated experience in achieving financial targets and goals;
* A strong ability to drive a team to maintain store KPIs and re-booking of therapy clients;
* An operational mindset and experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and overseeing daily in-store operations;
* A strong understanding of team rostering and wage analysis;
* Be excited by coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and education goals;
* Have a customer-first mindset to keep the Jurlique values and culture aligned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Retail Management or, more importantly, industry experience within Retail, Beauty Therapy, or Cosmetics.
