Your New Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst to join a dynamic and fast paced team who support our Federal Government Program to deliver a new datacentre capability.
Tasks Include:
* Synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints
* Review and evaluate requirements for testability
* Develop test plans, test cases and test procedures; and effectively conduct developmental, integration and/or acceptance testing within the bounds of technical, schedule and cost constraints
* Perform analysis of test results, manage defects, and prepare comprehensive software component, subsystem and/or system level test reports
* Be required to collaborate and solve problems

You will be curious, a consummate professional for off the shelf products and subsystems created to support the end product, and ensuring the systems work seamlessly with each other.
Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a “can-do” and pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve Leidos’ objectives. You will be team focused and be an effective communicator who is confident to communicate at all levels.
You will also have:
* Experience working inside a datacenter environment
* Substantial experience in performance and load testing of software components, subsystems and systems
* Substantial experience in test requirements elicitation, management, decomposition, traceability, and documentation utilizing test management processes and tools
* Familiarity with Systems Engineering Practices
* Experience with V&V, performance and resilience test management
* Experience with Test Automation as part of CI/CD pipeline
* Experience working within Defence environment is desirable
Due to the nature of the work this role will require applicants to be Australian Citizens with a TSPV security clearance.
