Base pay range
A$110,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr
Our client helps customers buy better energy. They are now looking for two Sales Managers for various teams.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of sales consultants. You'll set individual sales targets to achieve team & organisational sales objectives. You'll be incentivising the team to hit targets as well as monitoring performance and using expert coaching skills to onboard and train best sales practices.
On Offer:
* Depending on which Sales Manager role you're a fit, role offers either $110k-$120k base + Super + Bonus, $145k-$160k OTE
* Bonuses paid out monthly
* Hybrid working - 2 days from home, 3 set days in the office

Requirements For This Role:
* A minimum of 1 year managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B environment.
* Ideally 3+ years experience in opening and closing sales roles
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ideally experience in the energy/similar industry
