Our Client:
Our client is Australia's largest water and waste management company, employing over 200,000 people worldwide. This prominent firm supplies water to more than 100 million people annually and significantly impacts the energy and resource management of our city. Due to the high volume of work, they are now looking for an Administration Officer to join their team based in Arndell Park.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Generating reports for the council on a daily basis.
2. Answering general enquiries from drivers.
3. Ensuring all truck repairs are entered into the in-house system.
4. Assisting with payroll and leave queries.
5. Ad hoc duties as required.

About You:
11. Previous experience in Administration, Data Entry, Scheduling or Coordinating.
12. Experience in the Waste Management or Transport industry is highly desirable.
13. Ability to work autonomously is essential.
14. Proficient Word & Excel experience.
