About the Client
An established Central Coast three-partner firm with 14 staff is looking for a talented manager to add to their growing organization. With over 35 years' experience in the industry, the firm is winning a lot of work from mid-tier firms due to their extensive expertise and the dedication of their highly skilled team, so you can expect to work hands-on with a diverse portfolio of clients from a variety of industries.

A high degree of trust has been fostered in the office, and partners will have confidence in your ability to manage your team while conducting your work autonomously - there is no micro-management. The office has a supportive and engaging environment, and everyone enjoys collaborating throughout the day, followed by after-work drinks. There is a stocked office kitchen, so you can help yourself to drinks and snacks throughout the day or go out to the nearby cafes.

o Be the point of contact for clients and hold regular face-to-face (or virtual) meetings
o Organize workflows and review work for your team
Skills & Experience
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
