ABOUT THE ROLE Assist the Pre-Construction Manager in the coordinated and successful management of design processes on one or more tender projects, to achieve work winning targets. Support project teams in the successful management of design processes through the conversion and delivery of complex projects. Manage design management teams. Ensure all undertakings are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the organised and accurate compilation, management and distribution of design information Identify and clarify inaccuracies and ambiguities, and proactively resolve coordination issues Identify, assess and communicate risks in design, consulting with expertise where necessary Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of design-related tender submission information Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Construction Managers to ensure projects are adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency Ensure the accuracy of work produced by the design management team Coordinate and communicate with the extended tender and project teams to achieve goals Responsible for ensuring proper handover of design information to project delivery teams Foster positive relationships with client, subcontractors, consultants and other 3rd parties Chair or attend meetings and forums necessary to lead relevant aspects of the project ABOUT YOU Degree qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar Demonstrated experience in design management with comprehensive understanding of cost planning construction management, due diligence, project controls and risk assessment Extensive experience working with and managing external stakeholders including local authorities and consultants Extensive experience as the lead consultant in leading design teams from concept through to construction documentation APPLY NOW If this is a role you believe you would be suited to or want to hear more about it, please contact ******. #J-18808-Ljbffr
