Duties
* Efficiently support in overseeing the office operations and administration
* Handle & arrange office functions inc; morning teas, charity events, Halloween, EOFY events, melbourne cup, Christmas etc
* Serve as the main contact between the company, staff, and office management
* Provide administrative support to Sales Executives and the Director
* Process residential sales listings and contracts through to settlement
* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Criteria
* Residential real estate administration experience from sales admin/PA/Property Management or general office administration.
* Adaptable and can multitask
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Strong time management and administrative skills
* A highly motivated and a positive "can do" attitude
