We are looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to drive the strategic vision and transformation of our enterprise architecture capability. As a senior leader within Tranzformd, you will be responsible for shaping and executing architectural strategies that align with business goals and deliver long-term value to our clients. This role requires a highly strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise and solution architecture, who can lead cross-functional teams and work directly with executive-level clients to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that enhance organisational performance. This might include but is not limited to the following: Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overarching enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and long-term vision. Enterprise Architecture Capability Development: Build, refine, and lead the enterprise architecture function, establishing frameworks, standards, and methodologies to foster consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. Client Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with key clients at the executive level to understand their strategic goals and provide visionary guidance on enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps, ensuring that solutions are aligned with their business transformation goals. Solution Design & Innovation: Lead the design and implementation of complex, integrated enterprise solutions, focusing on scalability, innovation, and long-term value. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices across the organization. Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural governance, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational standards while maintaining flexibility and agility. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on emerging trends, technology opportunities, and architectural frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Methodology & Best Practices: Develop and implement a strategic methodology for architecture across the organization, ensuring that the approach aligns with both industry standards and business-specific needs. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic enterprise architecture role within a consultancy organisation, such as a Big 4 firm, with a focus on delivering large-scale, high-impact solutions. 10 years' experience as a Solution and Enterprise Architect. Demonstrated success in leading the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies at the organisational level. Strong understanding of how enterprise architecture aligns with business objectives, driving transformation and growth across organisations. Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and long-term sustainability. Exceptional ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and to navigate complex business and technology landscapes. Proven track record of building and evolving enterprise architecture capabilities, frameworks, and methodologies from the ground up. Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modern architectural paradigms such as microservices, cloud-first, and digital transformation. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. Who are you joining?
