Supply Planner, Water Utility OperationsAre you a highly motivated individual looking to work for a Global Organization?We at Grundfos Pumps – Adelaide, South Australia have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Supply Chain Team based in Regency Park, South Australia.What is the job about?This role provides key support to the Supply Chain Team, focusing heavily on analysis and calculations of stock requirements to ensure continuity in the supply of products throughout our Australian and New Zealand Assembly and 3rd Party facilities. The utilization of Sales Forecasts/Demand Plans, along with historical sales and trend analysis, is crucial to maintain levels between availability and cost control. Meeting key KPIs on delivery and financials is targeted.Daily execution of requirements, working with supply partners and internal customers, makes this role very diverse. This includes expediting/de-expediting requirements after seeking approvals and managing slow-moving provisional reports.Your main responsibilities:Prepare data and assist in the analysis to determine stock level calculations on a monthly basis for Water Utility BU products and plants in Australia and New Zealand.Prepare data and assist in the analysis of Monthly Forecasted requirements and distribute to Vendors.Develop reports and recommendations for reducing slow-moving stock for all plants in Oceania, coordinating the necessary actions to resolve issues.Provide Supply Chain support in the processes of Product Introductions and changes.Support Product Segmentation (ABCD analysis) for our Water Utility BU plants and products.Execute order tasks for direct purchases.Expedite and De-Expedite tasks.Perform any other duties as specified by the Supply Chain Manager, Oceania or the Master Supply Planner, Oceania.Your Background:Experience in Supply Planning and a Supply Chain related role is preferred.A Graduate Degree in Business - Supply Chain Management is preferred.Job detailsApplication deadline: (Insert Deadline Here)Workplace: Onsite PositionJob Location: Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaContract Type: Full-TimeEmployment Type: RegularAbout GrundfosGrundfos is one of the world’s leading water technology companies with more than 19,000 employees in 60+ countries.
