Join EACH as a NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. As a key member of our team, you will develop meaningful relationships with customers, provide essential support, and empower them to achieve their goals.
By working collaboratively with customers, families, carers and the broader service system to identify, plan, design and coordinate NDIS supports you'll enable customers to take control and better manage complex challenges of day-to-day living.
The intention of this role is to provide support to people with psychosocial disabilities to increase their independence, social participation and economic participation. You will be assisting people to take more control of their lives and to better manage complex challenges of day to day living. Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, people will be supported to build capacity, including strengths and resilience. Recovery coaches will work collaboratively with people, their families, carers, and other services to design, plan, implement and review a recovery plan.

About you
Your lived or learned experience of mental ill health or psychosocial disability will be invaluable in building trust and understanding with our customers, by supporting them with their journey of recovery towards leading a fulfilling life.
You will demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:
* Minimum tertiary qualifications in Peer Work or Mental Health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health), and/or a minimum two years of experience in mental health related work
* Demonstrated experience in case management, case coordination or a support role working with people with psychosocial disability or chronic mental illness and their families
* Ability to effectively organise your time to allow you to work flexibly and directly with customers as they require and make choices for their support
