The role will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of services to eligible clients, day to day service coordination and support of team leaders and staff and provision of operational support to the Service Manager. About You A professional, motivated Coordinator within the Community, Care or Health sectors, you will be client-focused with exceptional leadership capabilities and your knowledge and background will include: Applied knowledge and understanding of evaluation of care and support services and experience in daily operational activities of these services Robust understanding of the ethical and legal requirements relevant to the programs Demonstrated skills in coordination, interaction and building effective, practical, respectful relationships Previous management and leadership experience with ability to motivate and support others - remotely and across multiple sites Capacity to support clients and their families through any issues, complaints or concerns and utilise skills to ensure mutually successful outcomes Strong capabilities in general operating processes including Human Resource, Work Health and Safety, and best practice Knowledge of continuous quality improvement and ability to provide organisational support through accreditation processes Strong administrative and reporting skills; data and document control; computer programs including Microsoft suite Some of your personal attributes will include: Excellent communication skills and confidence to relate to a wide range of people A proactive and positive leadership style, with a focus on collaboration and team engagement Provision of day-to-day guidance, along with ongoing training and development of team members Highly motivated and outcomes driven Creative thinker who promotes this attribute within your team; ability to provide “outside the box” solutions Strong negotiation and influencing skills; able to offer practical advice and demonstrate competent decision making skills A focused and dedicated attitude to supporting staff, clients and families Along with your passion and dedication to the sector, you will need: Diploma in Community Service Coordination, Health, Human Services or similar field Current National Police Certificate Current Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle Why Join Anglicare?
