Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:Accounts payablePreparation of supplier paymentsVarious reconciliation duties – Including Daily bankingInter-company transactionsCompany reportingVerifying employee expense reports and approvalsProcessing invoices and purchase ordersFiling and other Ad hoc duties as required Key Skills & Experience Have a strong foundation in finance or bookkeeping through a tertiary qualification or have a minimum 12 months experience in a busy, multi-tasking AR, AP, billing and general accounts focused roleHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, having a logical and organized approach to your daily operations.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalHave strong time management skills with the ability to prioritizeComputer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as data entry into a centralized systemCalm, confident manner with a customer orientation focus - guiding clients to the most opportune solution by maintaining the relationship, giving focused advice and offering an excellent service at all times.
