Office/Admin Position Available
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Office/Admin Person to join our team in Orange NSW. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in successful & efficient office administration, processing of orders, accounts, and production coordination.
* Work with manufacturing staff, sales staff, management, and customers to ensure effective business communication.
* Generate invoicing, follow up on accounts, handle telephone enquiries, process purchase orders, and manage logistical functions.
* Enter tasks within an established system, maintain recordkeeping, and report on daily office processing sales, sales orders, manufacturing & logistical timeframes.
Requirements:
* Existing accounts and office experience.
* Clear communication skills, both written & verbal.
* Strong office admin skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems.
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
* A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
* Knowledge of accounting and business practices, with experience in MYOB Exo or similar accounting systems being an advantage.
* Good people skills.
