The Opportunity
Nestled within 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in the leafy suburb of Ashmore, The Domain Country Club is a resort-style community that is home to 370+ independent living units and apartments. As our newest Maintenance Officer, you'll join a small team that is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep around our village. You'll enjoy being hands-on, spending time around the village or in residents' homes to ensure buildings and fixtures are well-maintained and presentable. If you enjoy connecting with people, enjoy variety in your work day and consider yourself 'handy', come and join our resort-style village!
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8-4pm.

You will
* You will attend to various maintenance requests around the village to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
* Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
* Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
* Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team!
* Please note - this is not a gardening role.
What you will bring
* Experience in Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles, or competent in general domestic repairs (highly desired)
* An approachable personality with an interest in making a difference every day
* Valid driver's licence (required)
* Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
* Minimum two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
