Your next career opportunityAs an Instructional Design & Communications Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to translate policies into innovative e-learning content, conduct training needs analyses, and create engaging communication collateral.
Working closely with senior decision-makers, you'll drive positive behavioural change and operational efficiency across the institution.
Your responsibilities will include: Design Innovative Learning Solutions: Develop high-quality digital content using e-learning tools and adult learning principles to create engaging, accessible materials.Lead Strategic Communications: Create and manage communication toolkits and artifacts to effectively convey key messages and drive engagement across the University.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align training solutions with University goals and compliance requirements.Project Manage Learning Initiatives: Oversee the design and delivery of learning solutions, ensuring key milestones are met and stakeholders are updated on progress.
You may be a great fit if:You are a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in instructional design and communications, capable of translating complex information into engaging content while effectively managing diverse stakeholders and projects.You will also: Possess tertiary qualifications in e-learning technologies or instructional design, or equivalent experience.Have advanced technical skills in instructional design software and e-learning content development.Demonstrate expertise in applying adult learning principles to learning design solutions.Have experience in translating policy or technical material into digital learning content.Possess strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with diverse groups and senior leaders.
