As a Baker, you will be responsible for:
* Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
* Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
* Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
* Assisting with stock control and production expenses
* Providing delightful customer service when required
As a passionate baker, you will need to:
* Be a team player
* Minimum one year experience in Bowl and Oven
* Need skill in calculating Dough yield
* Time management
* Be comfortable working in a busy production environment
* Produce high quality product
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift
* Night shift
* On call
* Overtime
* Rotating roster
* Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
* Overtime pay
* Penalty rates
Experience:
* Baking: 2 years (Preferred)
