About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Manager to join our team at 670 Chapel. This part-time position involves maintaining financial accuracy, analysing income and expenditure reports, processing monthly accruals and prepayments, and preparing budget statements.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain financial accuracy and budget tracking of the Centre's operating costs
* Analyse and manage Income and Expenditure (P&L) reports
* Process monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments
* Prepare and distribute Outgoings and Marketing Budget Statements annually
* Calculate and process turnover rent where applicable
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and excellent administrative skills. Previous experience supporting a small team in an administrative capacity is preferred. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential.
