The purpose of the Power Platform Developer position is to deliver services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform C4E Team using the suite of Microsoft's PowerApps, Microsoft Teams, and data integrations on the platform.
Basic Functions: Responsible for developing in PowerApps (Canvass and MDA) with power automate/flow and strong UI/UX. Power Platform Administration – Environment creation, Connectors, DLP policies and ALM Experience with Power Platform Governance and COE (starter kit preferred) Knowledge on the Power FX is mandatory. Ability to create business processes with out-of-the-box MS Flow /Automate; Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise. Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement. Knowledge on the Data verse and SQL is a Plus Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow; 5+ year of experience with Microsoft 365 development utilizing Power Apps and MS Flow. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences. Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance. Exceptional verbal and written communication. Strong project management skills with strong attention to detail. Technologies: PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams. Knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem is a plus. Good to Have: The ALM is implemented through DevOps practices. So, good knowledge on Azure DevOps is a plus Good Knowledge on Power Platform Dataverse Security. Good Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform Licensing: Power Apps/Power Automate/Power Automate Desktop License Support Citizen Developers of Power Platform. Ability to Capture the deployment tasks (release preparation, deployment and post deployment tasks) and accurately complete the release to higher environments.
