This includes contract management, cost reporting, labour coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet operational and financial targets.Key responsibilities:Project & Contract Management – Oversee project execution, ensure contract compliance, manage risks, variations, and progress claimsLabour & Subcontractor Coordination – Manage workforce allocation, subcontractor performance, and on-site quality controlFinancial & Cost Control – Track project costs, collaborate on forecasting, and ensure accurate financial reportingSafety & Compliance – Implement OH&S and QA plans, conduct site audits, and uphold safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in project management within the commercial construction industry – ideally with fire rated doors and associated productsProven ability to manage contracts, costs, and labour efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate project challengesHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of construction safety regulations and best practicesQBCC license is highly desirableIf you have the expertise and drive to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
