We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Breakfast Cook/Chef at Pinnacle's Restaurant & Bar at the International Hotel Wagga Wagga. Our restaurant is open for breakfast 6 days a week.
Responsibilities
1. Applicants must be professional and reliable with a passion for food and a positive team attitude.
2. Excellent communication skills are essential.
3. You will be required to assist the Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.
4. You will be expected to show leadership, attention to detail, strong customer service and a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
5. You must be able to work efficiently and operate well under pressure.
Requirements
1. You will be required to have at least two years experience in a high volume kitchen along with a Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery.
2. Ability to work early mornings so you are able to enjoy the rest of your day.
3. Must be available on weekends.
4. Up to 25h to the right candidate.
5. Must have reliable transport for early start.
