As a Medical Officer with our client, you'll be supported in your growth and development, empowering you to enhance the daily lives of the people we serve with dedication and care.Key Responsibilities :Provide primary medical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.Assess personnel for fitness for duty and deliver care that supports their well-being, both pre- and post-deployment.Offer expert medical and technical guidance to medical units, health commands, centre managers, and unit commanders.Qualifications :Applicants MUST have a current unconditional and unrestricted General registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) OR Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) OR Vocational Registration.Minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), GPT Registrar rotations are counted.Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities per AHPRA.Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.Applicants MUST be an Australian Citizen, located here in Australia to obtain and maintain baseline security clearance.Location & Flexibility :Experience life in the vibrant communities of Kapooka and Wagga Wagga, where rural charm meets opportunity!
