Diverseco is seeking a highly organised and professional Service Supervisor to lead and supervise our team of Service Technicians. This is a site-based role, located at our Seven Hills NSW branch. The Service Supervisor will support our team of technicians in achieving optimum customer and client service through managing efficient services and supervising the output, safety, & quality of the team. About The Role Supervise and lead the team of Service Technicians to ensure productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality system needs are met. Respond to service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate service technician attendance for service agreements, calibrations, installations, and breakdowns. Collaborate with the service team to effectively plan and organise local and intrastate service jobs while adhering to job cost requirements. Work with the State Manager to increase service revenue and maximise chargeable hours. Complete all service call invoicing by month's end. Establish rapport with customers and provide advice on scheduled work. Assist with training and mentoring staff through ongoing feedback. Monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices, and expense reports for compliance and accuracy. Ensure accurate inventory allocation for service work. Respond to and resolve compliance issues related to electrical and measurement trades. Implement and maintain annual performance reviews and development plans for the team. About You Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical service supervision role. Experience in performance management processes. Experience supervising trade-based teams in an industrial environment. Outstanding customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with Service Technicians and other tradespersons. Strong work ethic and commitment to team goals. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and time management abilities. High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
