Permanent Location – Parramatta, NSW How will I help? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager role to be part of the CTBO extended leadership team. This role is key to powering the delivery of excellent service to our customers and meeting our compliance obligations. This role will report to the Executive Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Manager on the successful end-to-end delivery of the EBO business. You will have a proven track record in building and leading high performing teams. Key to your success will be the ability to drive a balanced scorecard delivering great customer outcomes, continually challenging and improving processes, strategic transformation, managing risk, and meeting financial commitments. You will have banking and finance industry expertise with a strong understanding of risk management principles. You will have experience in financial and FTE planning and workforce management. You will have the ability to support large operational teams (>100 FTE) and direct people leadership. You will have experience in relationship management, building engagement and relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders. You will have demonstrated ability to identify strategic transformation opportunities and lead change through to implementation. What's it like to work there?
