Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely contracts administration
* Review project performance, analysing data for accurate monitoring, reporting, and forecasting
This role involves reviewing compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, and project-specific requirements.
Day-to-Day Activities:
* Prepare and submit progress claims to clients
* Analyse and prepare all variations
* Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitor site activities and ensure they are performed within budget
* Prepare and present monthly project reports and forecasts
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Building and Construction industry
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
* Proficiency with enterprise resource planning software, particularly Jobpac and Microsoft Excel
