Job Description
* Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
* Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
* Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
* Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel.
* Answer and process reservation enquiries if required.
* Maintain current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
* Dispatch requests to the appropriate department.
* Monitor the safety and security of the hotel.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Able to speak Mandarin is essential for this role.
* 6 months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
* A friendly and outgoing personality.
* Proven ability to work unsupervised.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts including public holidays.
