About The Role
As a Project Coordinator (Assistant Project Manager), you'll collaborate with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors to oversee various Project Delivery tasks. Your role entails leveraging your adept administrative and organizational abilities to support the delivery team in project execution, all while nurturing a thirst for learning and expanding your expertise.

Hold tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, or a related fieldPossess a valid driver's licenseExperience:
Have 1-3 years of experience in the construction or project management industryCollaborate with PM and SPM to establish client project objectives and briefs.Facilitate project team communication throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project and contract responsibilities for assigned projects.Proactively oversee head-contractors/sub-contractors to ensure alignment with program and budget, fostering project success.Develop project-specific consultant scopes of service and delivery methodologies.Ensure clear scope management within the project lifecycle, emphasizing the relationship between scope, performance, time, cost, and quality.Conduct detailed project delivery reviews and document verification for assigned projects.Define and manage all tasks necessary for project delivery through proactive team management.Assist PM/SPM in fulfilling Superintendent responsibilities as per contract requirements.Stay informed of site issues and offer assistance in resolution, as needed.Manage administrative requirements for assigned projects in accordance with consultant/contract specifications.Aid PM/SPM in compiling detailed risk management matrices/plans for each project.Provide comprehensive reporting to relevant PM/SPM and Project Director to maintain accurate project status awareness among stakeholders.Attitudes and Behaviours:
