They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a minimum of six months.
Essential Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred.
Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle.
Knowledge of State/Territory based employment related laws with respect to long service leave and workers' compensation.
Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management.
Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
Benefits: Macquarie Park based role in Sydney.
Monday- Friday day shift (4 days in office, 1 day from home).
Full-time contract role for a minimum of 6 months.
