Benefits Opportunity to establish yourself as a Care Manager in this permanent full-time role Reputable organisation, great introduction to a leading Aged Care Provider in Australia Managerial support as well as central head office with additional support available Work within a vibrant coastal environment in the hub of the South Coast of NSW Attractive salary and benefits on offer The Company A reputable aged care organisation across Australia provides services within aged care, retirement villages and community services.They are a compassionate and respectful organisation with the focus on choice and lifestyle and ensuring the best care for our elderly generation.This role is based at one of their medium residential aged care home close to Batesman Bay, NSW.The Opportunity Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day clinical operations of this medium sized aged care home.As part of your team, you will have dedicated registered nurses and care staff who will be responsible for the care requirements of the home as well as having a supportive Facility Manager you will be reporting to.There will be centralised team who will help support in different areas including Funding and Quality & Compliance.Ideally, you will be a well-seasoned clinical manager with recent experience in a similar position and be able to hit the ground running.Your primary purpose will be to ensure quality care indicators are met, and the clinical staff are well supported to be able to give the residents the best quality care within a positive and harmonious environment across the home.Duties Daily clinical management of the facility Provide leadership & direction to care staff Education and mentorship for staff Ensure resident lifestyle & care needs are met Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met Actively promote a culture of excellence Skills and Experience Current AHPRA registration Working experience across residential aged care Recent experience in a Deputy/Care Manager capacity Experience managing staff and providing support to teams Understanding and knowledge of aged care accreditation standards Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team Experience and understanding of AN-ACC process Strong communication skills Availability to work in the Far South Coast of NSW Application Process If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV to: ****** or for a confidential discussion please call Sharleen Crooks on 0435 908 439.
