We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team. This role sits in a major Space project within Defence. Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for an NV1 security cleared Project Scheduler to join our team on a part time basis. This role will see you take on a pivotal project role supporting Defence Space and Surveillance activities. What will I be doing day to day? Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, milestones in OPP and providing proactive advice and recommendations relating to schedule performance (e.g. critical path analysis) and identifying issues and concerns Coordinate project planning activities including ensuring technical schedule compliance with CASG requirements Conduct rolling wave planning exercises with Project Managers and conduct analysis to support project planning Attending Risk Workshops, provide scheduling, conduct schedule risk analysis and progress What sort of skills do I need? Experience within a government or Defence environment Previous scheduling experience Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) or Primavera 6 (desirable) Strong communication skills Process orientated with good attention to detail Minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen) What’s in it for me?
