About the role:
* Build new businesses and nurture relationships with existing customer base, focusing on councils, state schools, and private sectors. Follow up on warm leads and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Understand project requirements and ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols.
* Work closely with internal teams, including designers and estimators, to ensure smooth project handovers and delivery.
* Prepare 2D CAD designs and present accurate quotes to clients, considering material costs, project scope, and client specifications.
* Provide expert advice to clients on playground equipment, understanding their unique requirements, and offering customised solutions.
* Engage with project officers within councils, asset renewal teams, and open space consultants to drive projects forward.
About you:
* CAD experience is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
* You will have a blend of enthusiasm for sales and an eye for detail and the ability to visualize concepts for clients will help you thrive in this position
* Prior experience in sales is essential, whether it’s B2B or B2C.
* While previous experience in landscape architecture, construction, or playground safety standards is advantageous, it’s not essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently present ideas, negotiate contracts, and build trust with customers.
