Job Description
o Identify and develop relationships with both new and existing customers across Australia.
o Coordinate and execute promotions with major retailers to enhance product exposure and boost sales performance.
o Work with internal stakeholders to review and optimise retail product ranges to meet market needs.
o Lead negotiations with buyers, planners, and category managers from top retailers to secure long-term partnerships and contracts.
o Explore and secure innovative business opportunities that align with market trends and customer demands.
o Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to design and introduce new product ranges into the retail market.
o Actively manage and grow consumer markets, identifying areas for expansion and improvement.
The Successful Applicant
o Proven success in account management, with a strong ability to nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
o In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, with experience working directly with buyers, planners, and category managers.
o Skilled in executing range reviews, promotions, and successfully closing high-value deals.
o Experience in distribution management is an advantage.
o Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, professionalism, and a passion for driving sales success.
o Residing in the Melbourne area with full working rights.
