About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal expertise to our clients.
You will be responsible for managing complex matters, supervising junior staff, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and clients, taking on a significant level of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of client legal matters (under the supervision of a Director), ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Draft and review legal documents.
Provide strategic advice to clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Collaborate with senior colleagues on business development initiatives, helping to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.
Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and legal changes to ensure the team provides cutting-edge advice.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in law, practicing in South Australia.
4+ years PAE (desired).
Proven track record of successfully managing complex matters and delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both clients and team members.
Experience in supervising and mentoring junior professionals.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
