Highly talented business units coupled with management’s transparent & honest attitude towards staff make us ready for any building emergency.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver construction projects from commencement to completionDetermine construction methodologies from detailed scope of worksEngage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable eventsCommunicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobsOversee the delivery of works for an extensive client baseProvide regular updates to a diverse range of stakeholdersEnsure a high level of service is provided at all timesLiaise between insured parties & insurance companiesCoordinate access to propertiesDispute / issue resolution as requiredEnsure all inspection, certificate of final inspection & other relevant documentation is signed offEnsure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirementsRegular travel around Rockhampton & surrounding areasKey Selection Criteria:Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?
