The position is geared towards building supplier management capability, with significant changes anticipated around CPS230, effective July 2025.
Strong communication skills are vital alongside the ability to manage risks and incidents.
The job is open to candidates from all industries.This dynamic role offers the chance to engage with a variety of internal teams, including IT, Strategy, Legal, and Risk & Compliance, as well as external vendors, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the business's service delivery and contribute to their strategic goals, all while developing your professional expertise in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.Lead the management of key commercial and outsourced contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and a range of regulatory requirements.Ensure the assurance and validation of services and project deliveries align perfectly with both regulatory standards and business aspirations.Collaborate with the Incident Management team to resolve service-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct thorough reviews of insurance information systems, reinforcing adherence to policies and industry benchmarks.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess their needs, negotiate effective SLA standards, and foster robust partnerships.Proactively monitor compliance with APRA standards, working to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the board.Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape (i.e.
