Position Profile: This role leads and performs business analysis of health service financial, workforce, and activity data to support health performance reporting. It also plays a key role in monitoring and enhancing business analysis and research, including strategic initiatives and projects as required by the System Business Analytics team.
The successful applicant will provide expert advice on health service data analysis and conduct ad-hoc analyses across finance, workforce, and activity domains, delivering insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making. The role requires substantial practical experience in using software applications for complex data analysis and financial modelling.
