Our Client is a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude to disability. This client is currently seeking an APS4 Administration Officer to join their team with experience working in the Disability, Health, or Aged Care Sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support. This position will have a considerable level of contact with stakeholders and will require the successful application to communicate and provide advice in order to resolve complex enquires.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
5. Organising the team email inbox, calendars, and appointments, responding to team priorities and timeframes.
6. Researching and responding to general enquiries and analysing documents and data.
7. Coordinating and preparing meeting minutes and papers.
8. Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases.
9. Receiving, analysing, and recording complaints and feedback.
10. Organising travel and finance reconciliation.
11. Participating in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have experience working in the Disability, Health, or Aged Care Sector, ideally within a similar role. In addition, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
12. Relevant experience in Administrative based role.
13. Strong oral and written communication skills with well-developed interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
15. Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
16. Experience in Case Management is also desirable.
