Property Network of Australia is seeking a Works/Maintenance Project Manager to work for a national provider of maintenance and project services with a growing portfolio of commercial and industrial clients across Queensland.This role is suited to an individual with previous or current experience in an operational or maintenance-style role within a retail or commercial property environment, preferably within a facilities services setting.
You'll be the first point of contact for all QLD-based works and maintenance project delivery, overseeing trade allocation, workflow management, and SHEQ compliance while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and allocate trades across multiple sites.
Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and oversee financial performance of projects.
Liaise directly with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and high satisfaction.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure KPI compliance and SHEQ standards are met.
Provide weekly reporting to the Head of Maintenance on project progress and operational updates.
Manage the delivery of multiple maintenance and project works simultaneously across Queensland.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the QLD maintenance and projects division.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in maintenance project management within the facilities or commercial property sector.
Sound knowledge of SHEQ compliance and contractor management.
Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online workflow management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build client relationships.
