In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Department’s asset registers, including processing additions, transfers, write-offs, and disposals. Your main responsibilities will include: Collaborating with agency staff on asset transactions. Reviewing general ledger accounts to ensure accurate accounting. Preparing submissions for asset write-offs. Updating the Asset Accounting Manual to reflect current practices. Coordinating the asset stocktake process and resolving discrepancies promptly.
