They also have a highly successful global business servicing the safety industry.Your new roleThe Marketing Manager is a newly created role that will lead the Creative Team and report directly to the ELT who set the strategy. This role will be integral in ensuring the business stays in front as a leader with digital catalogues and a strong online presence.This role requires someone that can bring strong, credible messaging capabilities to the business, who can build brand presence and has a strong knowledge of website design management and project management.Other responsibilities include:Assist executive team to develop, clarify, establish, and review marketing strategy for the group and its two major brandsImplement strategy and execute all objectives, accurately briefing & managing the Creative TeamLead, coach & coordinate Creative Team comprising:senior designer,digital designers (2),web developer,3 D (rendering) artists (2)Work collaboratively with Sales Manager to coordinate Content Marketing team, comprising Content Writer & Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure successful inbound marketing campaigns that generate more leadsProject manage all marketing initiatives, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met, brand standards are maintained, and timelines are adhered toLead research into new website that integrates with ERP, scope & cost build, project manage the build once signed off by the executive teamPlan, develop and deliver all brand marketing materials and tools for the sales team and showrooms with a high level of excellence, such as:presentations,catalogues,spec-sheets,look-books,sample swatches,photography,pricelists,print management,proofing,budget managementPlan, develop and deliver reseller sales aids in collaboration with the Sales Manager, including rebranded catalogues, spec-sheets etc and new digital tools to improve the resellers conversion rate and increase reseller retention.Maintain, update & ensure consistency of content across all digital platforms, ensuring products and web pages and digital resources are up-to-date, correctly represented, and optimised to both users and search engines.Your skillsAs a newly created role, you will be in a position to make it your own. You will ideally have worked within a similar industry and with an SME where you are used to being close to the action.
