You will be responsible for the coordination of administrative functions for Commercial Services and supports the team within the Operationals Group in the development and improvement of business processes and systems that enable the continued management of the functions of Sustainability, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Commercial Performance for Supply Chain Branch.
What you'll do
* Coordinate administrative functions for Commercial Services, including financial and budget management, procurement, human resource, workplace health and safety and travel.
* Actively develop and contribute to the improvement of business processes and systems that improve the functioning of Supply Services
* Act as the first point of contact and primary point of resolution for all business services matters in Commercial Services and the wider Operations Group SCB.
* Assist the Commercial Services team in specified projects in line with contemporary project management methodologies to deliver products and services to SCB.
* Assist in the preparation and dissemination of documentation related to the programs of work within Commercial Services to support transparency of activities associated with achieving objectives.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
* Demonstrates record of success and achievement in similar roles in a large, complex business
* Demonstrates understanding of and experience with administrative processes and systems related to supply chain such as S/4HANA and DSS.
* Demonstrates ability in supporting activities such as preparing documents for status reporting, compliance monitoring and meetings.
* Has well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare very good quality written business communications
* Demonstrates ability to be responsive and well organised and to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
