About the Project: The Scotia Project is located in Norseman in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 725km east of Perth, 200 km south of Kalgoorlie, and 200 km north of Esperance. Redpath have commenced a 3-year development contract with rapid expansion over the next 6 months. The Scotia Project has great camp facilities based in the main street of Norseman approximately 25 minutes from site. PRODUCTION DRILLER: We are looking for an experienced Production Driller for an immediate start to join our Scotia Project! The role involves: Working a 2&2 12hr shifts FIFO from Perth Perform accurate drilling by working with engineering to ensure holes are drilled correctly Ensure safe, effective and productive operation of the production drill Cable Bolt experience Ability to read and understand cable bolt layouts Responsible for application of the whole cable bolting process in an underground mine Safe and efficient installation of cable bolts for mine rehabilitation and ground support Productively perform mine production tasks as required Ensuring machinery used are cleaned and presented for service regularly We are looking for: Experienced in the operation of underground production drills The ability to multi-skill in underground operations National Police clearance within last 6 months advantageous A positive work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto, Consider it done — safely.
